It's almost certainly of the genus Arisaema, but it's not exactly a plain jack-in-the-pulpit (Arisaema triphyllum) because the spadix is much too long. I'm guessing it's more like Arisaema tortuosum, which has the common name Whipcord Jack-in-the-Pulpit. The leaves look right, too.
