Is it okay to use 'confide my life' as a phrase?

I wanna say I want to confide something (e.g. my experience) to others.
這句(先省去最後though a page)是正確的gramma句子結構，但你問的句子'confide my life'的my life則不是"experience"or"something"about you.
所以意義上不會這樣寫/講的，你可以confide my life-long secrete[意思是你一生以來收藏的秘密]，或者confide my thoughts on life[意思是你對人生的想法(從沒跟別人透露的)]；甚至可以說I like to confide with you.[意思是我想跟你私談一些秘密(不用說明所說的是甚麼，重點是表達我對你絶對信任可以守秘密)]

因此按你的解釋原意，一是說明你要confide的something是甚麼，但亦不會組成phrase，而是會說I want to confide to you about X.
另外留意confide後的preposition亦會產生不同意思：confide to=透露，confide in=信任
