I believe that whether one was an atheist, a Muslim, a Jew, a Buddhist, a Hindu or anything else for that matter in their mortal lives, after the temporary purification in the Lake of Fire has been completed, for the one's who need it, they can join God in Heaven & in the New Jerusalem.
