My check says "direct payroll deposit non-negotiable"?
My check says "direct payroll deposit non-negotiable." I don't know what this means because I don't have a bank account I'm only 17 and never signed any paper to have a bank account or to have my money get sent somewhere else. What does this mean? Did my money go into someone's bank account or something?

Talk to your payroll department. My guess is, you are paid on a pay card, and the money was deposited to the card. Payroll can explain to you how the card works.
Your 'Check' is not really a check. It is more of a notice that says your money has been placed in your bank account. This is a very common practice with today's employers. You probably signed the form allowing it as part of the initial paperwork you signed when you were hired and don't know it. In large companies, printing checks costs a lot of money, whereas electronic transfers does not. It's not a big deal, just go to the ATM and get your money.
What did YOUR payroll department say about it when you used common sense and asked THEM prior to asking random online strangers who have NO IDEA how your check is being processed??????
Go talk to the HR or payroll dept. That phrase definitely means your money was direct deposited either to a bank account or pay card.
It means you were not paid by direct deposit because you do not have a bank account.
