In Step Brothers the step brothers make a bunk bed out of their single beds and they use the wood slats to make side supports for the bunk bed, then one of them jumps on the top bed and falls through.

No it's not the great escape sorry. But good try, it's more of a 90,s or early 00,s movie and it's like a family comedy movie actually.

Its a scene from the Great Escape, a 1960s movie about an escape from a WWII prison camp. They need wood to brace the escape tunnel which theyre building and get it by taking wood slats from the bottom of the bunks. The one guy takes a few too many slats and when a guy hops into his bunk he falls right through.

In the film THE GREAT ESCAPE they needed wood to support the tunnel that they were building so they used the slats in the bed frames .. and yes .. one of them did then leap onto their bed and fall through.
