can someone please translate this for me I believe it is Chinese. and it is off of a large Koi fish bowl for reference?

“乾隆” is an emperor who reigned over the Qing Dynasty ( Now China) from 1711 to 1799.“御” means “to reign”.
"製” means “to produce”.
So “乾隆御製” means the item(bowl) was produced under the order of 乾隆.
Today, if there is any item that has the authentic ink of “乾隆御製” embedded on is a valuable antique.
