EEA- PR Application matter, Please Help?

Do I tick '' Yes- I retained my right of residence'' or '' Not applicable- and go fill in activity in the UK''? This is a little bit confusing for me at this age, please help.

Under Section 9, Question 9.1:- If you’re applying as the family member or extended family member of the relevant EEA national named in section 2, or because you have retained your right of residence, does the relevant EEA national have a document certifying permanent residence?



PS: I'm 22 years old alone in UK, Portuguese Passport, Study since 2006-2016, Employed since 2013-present.
