What is the ratio of iron(II) ions to iron(III) ions in magnetite?

4 O’s = -8
a * +2 + b * +3 = -8
2 + 2 * 3 = 8
1 Fe+2 + 2 Fe+3 = +8

I think the ratio is 1:2
