What books do you recommend?
So I'm really into reading books these days. Do you know any good books about high school depression, self harm, suicide, friends, academic struggles etc.? Also I don't want anything about sex and that sort!

those all sound really depressing. i'd just go to a public library and look around. ask an associate. or look in your school's library.
"Worthless: The Young Person's Indispensable Guide to Choosing the Right Major," Aaron Clarey;
"Youth: Creators of the Future," Omraam Aivanhov;
"Catcher in the Rye;"
"A Child Called It;" David J. Pelzer;
"The Privilege of Youth," David J. Pelzer;
"A Street Cat Named Bob;"
"The Answer You're Looking for Is inside You;"
"For Couples Only;"
"Unbroken (The Young Adult Adaptation)," Laura Hillenbrand;
"The Anxiety Survival Guide for Teens," Jennifer Shannon; actually a good book;
"Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25;"
"The Overachievers: The Secret Lives of Driven Kids," Alexandra Robbins; also very good;
"Golden Rules for Everyday Life."
Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck. I really believe it is the best book written for young adults. It perfectly captures the American Dream in the Great Depression.
Rule of the Bone by Russell Banks.
