Five cubic blocks are stacked on top of each other. The block on the bottom has an edge of 3 1/2 feet. Each additional block that is stacked has an edge that is 1/2 foot less than the preceding block. What is the ratio of the volume of the block on top to the volume of the block on the bottom?
