While I do start with the blue box, I toss out that macaroni and only use the powdered cheese. And then I add butter and milk, Ditalini pasta, sweet onion, s-n-p, and sometimes minced Canadian bacon. Then add Parmesean, Sharp cheddar, swiss or mozzarella, mix and bake for 40 minutes. Then just before serving, I coat the top with Provolone cheese and melt that.

In the oven. Out in casserole bowl.. After dried pasta boiled. Add cheese and tuna bake like ten minutes.

cook the mac, drain and add half stick of butter, and the blend of: can of cream of ??? soup, can of heavy cream, about 2 or 3 cups shredded or cubed American cheese. Stir into pasta, then if you need to bake it, do so, but I don't bother. Microwaving will make the pasta tough.

you cant make a Mac anything at home, its a trademark. You can just make a cheeseburger
