how to remove a stripped, blue threadlocked hex bolt?

i have a bolt that s stripped into a circle and before it stripped i practically drowned it in threadlock and can t seem to get it out. it s an 1/8th inch deep so pliers won t work i ve tried blowtorch, didn t work any other ideas please?

If you drowned it in threadlock, it is no wonder it wouldn't come out. Your only recourse now is to drill it out and rethread the hole.

I would try an Easy Out tool. If that fails, drill it.

first Thread lock is like concrete to Lock a bolt in Place. you will have to drill and tap it that may work or just drill out the whole thing and retap the threads....

You can try nudging it out with a hammer and punch. It is tedious but will often remove nuts and screws that have nothing left to grip.

I would need a picture to really advise you. Depends on where it is and the metals involved. Do you have a welder?
