Did I eat healthy today?

For breakfast I had : 2 medium tangerines
3 durian seeds

For lunch: 1 medium cucumber
200 gram rice
1 medium tangerine

For dinner: small portion of chicken breast, skinless
1 medium tomato
Peas and corns

No, you did not...because you ate WAY to little.

You should be eating more than that not starving yourself. Most of the calories for the day should be consumed at breakfast with a big healthy meal, a medium lunch, and a small dinner
