中文的"他人"在英文寫法中是意會是"人的處境/狀況)，不用寫明"of anyone/others/people"等名詞。另外cirticism其本上的"不可數"的意念，所以一般不會用a/one/number的。

你的另一選擇只是用"被動式"或者以"第三者"評述/指令的角度來寫/講，但後句的寫法則會較複雜：
Before criticism is made, you should consider the circumstance.

這些句的用詞只是"最基本"的意思，當然還可以在這基礎上增加更詳細的意思，例如指明是"誰"作批評/批評的"誰"/是"甚麼的"狀況"。
