Will My Latest System restore Point Solve My Broken Left Mouse Button Issue?

Hello, I have a few questions that i seem to need some assistance with,

1.) My left right clicker on my mouse wont work,
i have windows vista 10 msi laptop.

i'm not sure if a system restore recovery point may sole the issue,

i was thinking if i should go back to my recent restore point to see if that may solve the problem.

appreciate if anyone would let me know if that will work or not.

2.) i have a USB plug in laser mouse.
I have 4 ports on the laptop itself plus 2 extra on a gaming keyboard.

with the back up USB laser plug in mouse i had plugged in the back up mouse in each port and when i do i keep getting an error message.

(( usb not recognized the last usb malfunction and windows couldn't recognize it))

im getting really annoyed and not sure what to do, i am using my mouse pad on laptop atm.

should i a.) attempt system restore because maybe i have a corrupted file some where and maybe that mat resolve the issue?

or b.) buy a new mouse and just put these crappy ones at rest...

hope to hear back!

If you have a hardware problem with a mouse, it won't be solved by a software solution by using system restore. To check this, plug the mouse into a different computer, if you get the same problem the mouse is faulty and needs replacing.
If the mouse is normal, then try in a different port and try uninistalling it in device manager. It will be detected on restarting.
