Are "crazy" and being stupid the same things?

Forget that "crazy" is an outdated slur, but what's even more comical are the idiots who try to tie both to insult you, but only looks stupid in the process. LOL

Not necessarily. Being stupid is just being stupid. Crazy can mean a whole bunch of things, but can result from a stupid decision, sure.

It's rare, but per my comment, something could easily happens as a result from either decision of being crazy or being stupid. No, crazy and stupid are NOT the same thing at all, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying one could BECOME the other, which has happened.

They are not the same things. One can be both things, but that doesn't make the word mean the same.

Crazy = Cracked, unconventional.
Stupid = Slow, dull.

Basically a crazy-person can do great, but weird things.
A stupid-person is slow, dull, often uber-conventional to hide they're not smart.
