Why does my collarbone hurt when a press a bump on my back?

I think I got it by something biting me on my back or it is just irritated skin, but whenever I press it, it hurts almost directly on the other side of my body on my collarbone.

it might be that the nerve is connected to it, maybe you should get it checked out
