I am learning Mandarin and confused as to how this translates to English:
zhe4 xie1 ren2 li3 you3 de zai4 tan2 ji2 ta.
Inside these people, they are playing guitars?
The "li3 you3 de zai4" portion is what loses me.
What does this mean?

zhe4(這) xie1(些) ren2(人) li3(那) you3(有) de(你) zai4(在) tan2(彈) ji2(吉) ta(他).
It seems, you were looking at a picture, in which they thought you were there, but they can’t see you in the picture. So, they say “Among these people(這些人) who are playing guitar(在彈吉他), where are you(你在那)?
Oh, this sentence is understandable in casual speaking language, but it’s not an articulated sentence.
