I drive 80 speed limit at 7:05am and when I saw the cop then I slow down to 65 speed limit and keep 65 speed limit all the way. later he start follow me behind. I keep driving speed limit 65. He keeps following me for a while. when he was behind my car, I still drive 65 speed limit. So I switch to right line to let the police car pass by my car. Somehow he was actually follow me. So he also switch the right line as well. In about 30 to 45 second second I get pulled over by the police 7:08am to 7:09Am. At that time I keep my speed limit 65 but the police said I was driving 84 speed limit in 70 zone. i said (no). He said it show in radar. Actually I drive only 65. He said I lie. What can I do about this ? Pls help me . what should i do?

You just ADMITTED you were driving 80 MPH. Then you stated "the police said I was driving 84...I said no". You also said you were driving 80 MPH then you SLOWED to 65 MPH. Then you said you weren't lying. You are definitely lying. You can't even keep your story straight. Be an adult and own up to what you did. It will be better for everybody involved.

Since you were driving 80 in a 65 zone, you could admit that and get the penalty for going 15 over the limit, which is much worse than going 84 in a 70. Or you could keep your mouth shut, because he's letting you off easy. Since you had been going 80 in a 65, he could have given you a ticket for that.

Nothing. He caught you.
