I am going to make a cosplay for Mercy's fortune skin, and on her flap cloth thing has a Chinese character I believe.

From the stretch of “islands” on the upper-left corner, its shapes seems like the territory of Japan. So, I think, may be the designer is a Japanese and the word is a Japanese word.
