Would having loads of piercings on one ear but not the other look okay?

As in having two on your ear lobe on one ear and on the other ear have 3 on the ear lobe and two cartilage? Would the balance of 2 on one and 5 on the other look wrong?

I am a fan of symmetry. I like to keep things balanced. However, I have a friend that prefers asymmetry and did exactly the look you are describing. It looks great on her. It's a matter of personal choice but I have seen this style of piercing and it looks great.

Depends if you like symmetry or asymmetry. Personally I don't like double cartilage piercings so I can't really give my opinion without being biased
