In my own opinion, yes.

The way she skirts around the issues, says it's a medical issue with no effort to say what the illness is, with no willingness to prove anything, with so much constant "oh I'm naturally this way!" And then flopping over to "I have a rare medical condition I can't prove" makes me very suspicious. She needs help. There is no way that girl is natural or healthy.
