I had a stationary recumbent bike parked in from of a TV for 3 yrs and it kept me from probably gaining 50 lbs. I usually rode it at least 1 hr a day and on the weekends I might ride it 4 or 5 hrs. Not all at once but with breaks.
I did gain 30 lbs after i moved and got rid of it.
You are going to be burning fat starting from day 1. A couple of Oz. per day.How long it takes you to lose all the fat you want is how much you exercise, how much and what you eat and how fat you are.
