how long would i need to be roughly to make a differnence to stomach fat?
stair climber?
treadmilll?
stationary bike?

I had a stationary recumbent bike parked in from of a TV for 3 yrs and it kept me from probably gaining 50 lbs. I usually rode it at least 1 hr a day and on the weekends I might ride it 4 or 5 hrs. Not all at once but with breaks.
I did gain 30 lbs after i moved and got rid of it.
You are going to be burning fat starting from day 1. A couple of Oz. per day.How long it takes you to lose all the fat you want is how much you exercise, how much and what you eat and how fat you are.

Nobody can answer that. We don't know your current size or how much, if any, fat you have over your belly.

For best results in fat loss, anywhere, eat right and exercise. What you eat is 80% of the program, so get on a long term healthy eating plan, and then add whatever cardio exercise you enjoy and will keep up with, without getting bored. This is a lifestyle change, not something you can do for a short while (if you want it to last long term).

Why not alternate using those machines, for variety? Vary the duration and intensity of your workouts, and do various activities, so your body doesn't adapt to doing the same thing over and over.

Fat loss is all diet, but stair master if you have money to blow and want something to get.

Fat loss happens in the kitchen, why is that so damn hard for people to accept?
