不可以；駐港解放軍是全封閉管理，就算是休假日也不許離開軍營，只有在調防離開香港之前，是有一次機會穿便裝離營購物，但也是集體行動。

The PLA Hong Kong Garrison's activity is extremely limited. Unless dealing with official activities, no personnel can leave for Hong Kong without prior approval (although situated in Hong Kong, all PLA bases in Hong Kong is subject to the Mainland law).
