Because he got scared about the Russia scandal

Cause he obviously did something fire worthy we didn't get to find out about.

Did Comey convict or do justifiable upholding of the law against HITLERY?

She didn't even spend time in prison for the FEDERAL offense for having TOP SECRET information on private servers.
