Both C₃H₈ and ClF are both molecular, and the molecules are held together by van der Waals' forces. The molecular size of C₃H₈ is greater than that of ClF, and leading to greater van der Waals' forces between C₃H₈ molecules. Therefore, C₃H₈ has a higher boiling point than ClF.
