Is being tired all the time normal?
I'm 18 and I'm constantly tired! I mean I get up every morning at 6am for either college or work and go to sleep at a reasonable time like 9.30/10pm. Even if I get to lay in in the morning, I can sleep for 12 hours but still be tired the next day. I drink a lot of coffee and I don't really drink hardly any water, even if I do drink a lot of water, it doesn't help my 'tiredness' situation much. I occasionally drink energy drinks. I also do exercise like the gym and swimming, but that doesn't really help either. I eat a lot. Is there like a major nutrient I'm not getting enough of? Is there anything I can take to not make me tired?

Maybe you're anemic? Vitamin D deficiency? Depression? Go see a doctor.
NORMAL for teenagers, it's well documented.
It is now! Not 30 years ago.
Ditch the caffeine and you'll sleep better.
Ditch the energy drinks. A cocktail from hell for your body.
If you treat your body like garbage, it'll become (sounds like it already has) garbage.
Are you overweight? If so, you may need to be checked for sleep apnea. If not, you still may want to be tested for a sleep disorder. I think the energy drinks may be playing a part in making you tired. Energy drinks can cause iron deficiency. Do you ever feel dizzy?
Energy drinks also give you a boost of energy, which causes you to use up all of your energy sooner than you should. When this happens, you "crash".
Maybe Iron, Do a blood test.
