Question about network adapter, please help, thank you?

The network adaptor is a piece of hardware in your device (phone, PC, tablet, games console etc) that allows it to connect to the network. That network might be a wire to a router, or a wifi connection to a router. That router might have other local devices in your home / office connected to it. AND / OR it might be a router that connects to a modem that connects thru an ISP to the Internet.

Network adapter is use to connect to the local network. When it is connected to the internet router, The router it self is connect to the internet and share the internet to your PC through network adapter.

A network adapter connects a computer to a network, which may or may not be connected to other networks.
