My lcd monitor is turning on and off repeatedly and making a high pitch noise. Can it be fix or sould i buy a new screen?

Hi,
Probably cheaper to buy a new one than to get it fixed.
Check where the noise is coming from, is there an external power adapter?

test it first using someone else's computer. if it isn't right on theirs, then get a new one.
