Suppose the length of the string is L cmL - L*cos 33° = 9
L( 1 - cos 33° ) = 9
L
= 9 / ( 1 - cos 33° )
≒ 9 / ( 1 - 0.83867 )
= 9 / 0.16133
≒ 55.8
Ans: 55.8 cm
