Sure if you qualify to get a post paid account. Whenever I buy a phone in a carrier store, ipay cash, walk in and out in less than 10 mins, since I already have the account and plan, just need the new phone. I think the last time I was one a new contract with a new carrier, it took 20 mins, mostly because they were slow. If you don't know what you want, don't go to the store until you do. This saves you the most time. Also go during a weekday, when the store is less busy, rush hour and weekends are bad even if you know what you want.
