Pork shoulder or a fresh picnic ham. ribs or Brisket would be second.

For the average person, it has to be Pulled Pork-and as I live in an apartment-I do it in a crockpot. One pork over a bed of onions. Crockpot for 8-10 hours on low. When cooked, remove and shred with 2 forks. return to crockpot and mix w more onions and bbq sauce. Yum!
