收到你嘅查詢，就有關2B登記事宜，我已翻查 cctv record, 看不到當時有任何異常狀況，再問及當值3名隊員，他們亦沒有印象，只是說：每次也有很多不 on list 人士要進入船，而而他們處理也是同樣，尋找有權力人士協助有關當時人。而他們核對證件時，會重複翻查手持的預先登記資料表格，但當日，被拒的兩名人士則沒有印象。
就有關事件，我將會嚴加訓示各隊員如何處理沒有登記人士，我將安排如沒有預先登記人士資料者，交由該崗位的當值主管作進一步處理，避免再發生同類事件。

In regards to your inquiry it is about the registration of 2B's document. Though I had checked cctv's record and yet, there was no peculiar condition; then asking three security officers on duty and they said without any impression of that with the response of only said: "Every time,these people who are not on the list,being requested boarding the ship and sought others who had power over to settle them." Moreover, they double checked the list beforehand as a result, there were no impression about the two intruders. Owing to that affairs,I will order those security officers on how to deal with severely; and especially, those on duty during the period so as to prevent that ever happened again. Yip
