Should I see a doctor? I think I have diabetes type one?
Okay so I can't be sure that I have it because I'm not a doctor and maybe this is something else's but that's what it seems like. I'm 19. Healthy weight. A little on the lower side tho. Close to being underweight. For months now these symptoms have been developing and getting stronger. I'm thirsty and tired all the time. I'm not exactly hungry but I'll keep eating because it feels like my body needs something. My feet are swollen and have been for as long as I can remember. They're always really red and purple but it doesn't hurt. My vision gets blurry randomly and towards the evening of most days this past 2 weeks I've gotten a headache and my whole body felt off and I've passed out twice. I drink enough water and eat enough food. And I'm pretty active. I have to urinate super often as well. My head feels foggy often too. I also get enough sleep. I get really weak sometimes out of no where and (I know this odd) but I'll have cravings for sweet things and when I finally get some I'll feel better physically. I don't know what all his means and input would be great. I know I should see a doctor anyway but like j said I'm 19 and I live in my own so I'll push this until it's unbearable unless I think going to the doctor might give me something kind of actual help.

have you ever thought of something besides diabetes having those symptoms? especially your legs and feet? sounds more like sodium deficiency to me which is heart disease from lack of taking in enough salt!!
there are walk in clinics where they charge by your income, not if you have insurance or not! Go see one of them!! Urgently!!
No matter what you "think" you have, you have enough problems to justify a check up with the doctor to start feeling better.
Many of the things you listed can happen as a result of untreated type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Without a blood test, there is no way to know if it is diabetes. Then, another blood test is required to determine type 1 or type 2. Both types of diabetes is indicated by high blood sugar and the first symptoms of high blood sugar is the same for type 1 or type 2.
But, the problem with diabetic symptoms is that other things can cause the same symptoms. Therefore, stop self diagnosing and see a doctor. If it is type 1 diabetes, it can get much worse and can result in death if left untreated. (type 2 takes longer than type 1 to become deadly without treatment.)
Thre is ONLY ONE SYMTOM that signifies diabtes. THAt is Chronic High Blood Suagr.
ALL other symtms of diabtes can be caused by other problems, including colds, tiredness, and even cancer.
So go to the doctr and ASK FOR the A1C Blood test.
I have no idea why you are self-diagnosing yourself with diabetes. The symptoms are not even right. But that doesn't matter. What matters is that you have passed out twice in the last 2 weeks. This is not normal. It could be something minor or not, but it is a reason to see a doctor ASAP.
Unlikely.
First, nothing going on with your feet is a diabetic symptom.
Second, craving sweets is not a diabetic symptom.
Third, diabetics, especially those who are undiagnosed because of not taking care of it (medicine, diet and exercise) have high blood sugar and eating sugar/carbs would increase your blood sugar, making you feel worse not better.
Unlikely but go ask your doctor for blood test
