do you know any low fat veggie/fish meals and snacks?

iam trying to lose weight and would love it if someone could reccomend me some healthy low fat meals, i am pescatarian so only eat fish, so any fish/veggie meals or snak would be great

Any veggies are fine (they don't tend to have fat) if you don't prepare them with fat. Eat them raw or boiled or steamed or baked or grilled or sautee'd (with a healthy fat, if needed).

As for fish, select a fish that isn't fatty or not too fatty and bake, broil, grill, etc it (just don't fry it in oil).

i went on a diet a few years ago, the ONLY one that has worked for me so far... this is what i ate: tilapia filet, salad, protein bar, mushrooms, tuna, carbonated water (american clear), regular water sometimes with a low calorie flavoring, a green giant just for one veggie bowl, and yogurt or fruit. that was split between lunch and dinner. for breakfast, i would have oatmeal. with any diet snack, you can never go wrong with fruit and veggies. always remember to work out. that accelerated my weight loss by A LOT.

Steam your veggies. Bake your fish. As long as you don't use cooking oils, all veggie/fish meals are low fat.
