Why do I hate writing?
Writing in either pencil and paper or typing on the computer makes me angry. I have difficulty getting my thoughts out. I do OK when it's technical but writing about myself or creative writing sets me on edge. This has been giving problems during school both high school and college.
When I sit down to write, I just want to reject it and switch to do something anything else.
I had a hard time just formulating what to say. But now I'm much better at communicating. However I still struggle with written format.

If you're anything like me, writing is too slow. I have to slow down my brain to match the speed at which I can write or type, and that's very inhibiting.
Things that have helped me in the past are:
1. Voice recording whatever I need to write, then transcribing my recording, and then revising and editing.
2. Dictating to another person, who can transcribe my thoughts, then I can do the revisions (if you don't have a willing friend, this costs money).
3. Typing my ideas with my eyes closed so that I can concentrate on the visions in my head and not look at the words as they flow on the screen. Again, everything needs to be revised and edited, but that would be necessary on any first draft.
