I went back to look at my e-mails, and everything before 2015 is just GONE! Yahoo is supposed to keep my e-mails indefinitely, I had heard, so what happened???
I can't file a recovery request because my account was not hacked, I did not accidentally delete anything, and I don't know how many days it's been since this has happened.
How long should yahoo keep my e-mails?
