Strangers are persons one does not know;
Persons in a place but in company;
We are not acquainted.
I am not acquainted with you all.
Can't acquaint oneself with.
With the facts of the case to be new,
If you come across a stranger ONLY in town

Beware of fishing trick on the chat onto yourself !

My answer is when you come across a group of strangers,you should say hello good morning to them and then introducing your self or asking where they are going. If you want to join them then ask for permission first. On the way, you can make acquaintance of them. Yip

Strangers are people you don't know, they may be dangerous but they may also be very kind. The best way to communicate with strangers is to just say "hello"(你好）, "good morning"（早晨）, "good afternoon"（午安）, "good evening"（中午好）, or "good night"（晚安）. However, do NOT give your personal information to person you just met, because they may do something bad to you, which you don't want it to happen. If you want a way to see if strangers are nice, you may try to get to know about him/her better.
