由於我們的活動日期為6/10-6/15,所以我們預計幫Amy預訂6/09-6/16的來台班機以及飯店住宿,能否尋問Amy這樣的行程是否可以?或者Amy有其他行程的需求,請再讓我們知道。

Because the event takes place from 10 to 15 June , we will make a reservation of airline tickets back and forth and hotel from 9 to 16 June for Amy. Is it ok? If any required, please be free to let me know?

As our event will be held from 10 to 15 June, we reckon to book for Amy the itinerary of flight to Taiwan as well as hotel accommodation from 9 to16 June. Would you please ask Amy if it will be suitable for her.

As regards to the period of our event, it will be held from tenth to fifteenth of June and we thought that the itinerary of bookings of flight and hotel for Amy would be from ninth to sixteenth of June, then will it be suitable for her?
