Lump under armpit?

It could be a cyst but you won't know unless you get a doctor to examine it. There are lymph glands under your arm pit which can become infected if you have had a cut in your finger. If dirt gets into a small cut an infection can travel through your lymphatic fluid and cause a lump where you describe so get this checked out and, if it is something like that, an antibiotic will fix it. Some lumps have to be drained of pus or other fluid. Sometimes they can be aspirated with a needle. You will probably not even feel it being done so get it seen to a.s.a.p.

Beware the ingrown hair. Nobody tells us that you have to be careful about underarm shaving in one direction only in order to avoid ingrown hairs that can become encapsulated and develop into a cyst that may require removal by a doctor. If it's painful, have your doctor check it out.

Could be just a swollen lymph node; or possibly a small cyst. If it begins hurting again, then see a doctor.

Get it checked by the doctor, could be breast cancer. Better to get it checked in early stages.
