入臺證 我經單獨招生入到臺灣的大學 要先申請入臺證 但它有單次入出，一年多次入出和三年多次入出三種 我到底要申請那一個？ 有人可以幫一下這小忙嗎？

Neither.

The typical Exit & Entry Permit is not used for studying purpose.

Instead, you will be required to apply for a residence permit (HF168) if you are a Hong Kong/Macau SAR resident; or a residence visa (FS) if you are a person other than a Hong Kong/Macau SAR resident.

一年多次入出證比較方便 , 臨時急事要走即走 , 要返即返, 時效上比較快 , 不須在出入境時申請 。
