$30.28/hr x 2080 hrs/yr = $62,982.40.
That's NOT starting pay, that's average for all experienced employees. But it's still well above median household income in the US, and more than double today's typical starting salary for bachelor's degree holders, if they can find any full-time job.
However, since you cannot perform simple arithmetic functions, which you should have been capable of by 4th-6th grade, you probably are not suited to college or such a career.
