What to wear to a high end shopping mall?

My sister and I are in Australia and we are going to Pacific fair which is apparently quite high end shopping, what should we wear? (we are size 14-16)

On the rare occasion I suffer and endure a trip to a mall, I wear--wait for it-- clothes.
However, if you are that concerned, buy some clothes at one of the deliberately overpriced stores (well they are in the US) and buy new clothes and change in a restroom.
