Engagement 同involvement 的分別?

Longman 確實有engagement意思之一具有involvement的意思，但 “Engagement” 比 “involvement” 介入程度較高，例如
If someone engages(實際行為) in discrimination(歧視), they are personally responsible for that discrimination.
If someone is involved(叁與) in discrimination, that wording(措詞) suggests that they were not solely(並非唯一) responsible for the discrimination, but merely participated in it.
