What bra is bigger?

34 is bigger around the chest. E is a bigger cup size

They would both be about the same size, as far as "projection" goes. "34" or "30" is the measurement in inches around the chest. "DD" or "E" is the cup size. Each size bra would mean enormous breasts for someone who measured only 30 or 34 inches around the chest.
