Hey sooo..I need some workout advice?

I have a Flat stomach and I just Wanna get a Sixpack im Running 2 miles a Day And im doing 200 situps a Day could that get me a sixpack Fast?

Situps are almost completely ineffective for getting you abs. Running 2 miles a day/200 situps isn't very difficult either. If you want your abs to show, you'll need to diet and increase the intensity/duration of your workouts.

get a AB wheel..... they rip hard, real hard. sit ups damage the spine.. hard, real hard.

Without a good diet, no abs for you.

Do an ab workout after that as well. Crunches, six inches, planks, etc.

Yes. It would be very fast. By the way, reduce rice intake and consume more proteins (2 boiled eggs/ meat/ fish)
