我和前夫最近新購一間房屋,首期和供款是我一人承擔。因我亦有一個自置物業和前夫離婚後一直和他同住,現在為避開繳交雙倍印花稅和他口頭協議借用他的名字購買另一房子。我想保障自己權益及擁有權,我可以甚麼做?在法律上可以釐定授權書嗎?授權書上寫未得我同意不能出售物業或加按,這樣可行嗎?

日後反口便須打官司,用很多錢,不如付印花税更清楚。避免日後麻煩。
