本人現居的樓宇需進行維修，安裝消防設施等工程，樓宇無業主立案法團。單位是父母當年購買，他們已相繼離世，本人為遺產管理人。現有問題請教如下： ~ 本人無力支付以上工程費用，作為遺產管理人( 已過60 歲) 能否申請政府資助？ ~ 若無資助本人可怎樣做？ 謝謝！?

2. Only the owners can apply for assistance. So take care of the ownership issue first. In other word, you will need to find a lawyer to finalize all probate proceeding first.
