求was跟were還有does跟did的用法?

Was 是過去式第一、三人稱單數(I/she/he/it...)所使用的be動詞，後面通常加形容詞、名詞或進行式動詞。例如:She was a teacher.(她過去是老師)He was tall.(他以前很高)It was playing a ball then.(牠當時正在玩球)
Were則是過去式第二人稱單複數及第一、三人稱複數所用的be動詞。用的形式和was差不多
而將肯定句化為疑問句的方法，我就拿上面第一句當例子。
She was a teacher -->Was she a teacher?
將be動詞挪到疑問句的前面即可。
而does是第三人稱單數所使用的助動詞。
使用方式如下:Does she want some juice?(她想要一些果汁嗎？)
肯定句的形態是She wants some juice.
而疑問句將助動詞置前，動詞的s去掉，改為原型動詞。(簡單來說，就是缺少助動詞就生一個助動詞出來放到疑問句前面)
Did則是不論何種人稱的過去式助動詞。
在疑問句中，助動詞後的動詞皆必須化為原型。
而be動詞和助動詞的分辨方法:肯定句有動詞，疑問句就用助動詞;肯定句沒有動詞，疑問句就用be動詞(Ving"不是動詞"哦！它是現在分詞)
這樣比較簡單好記^^所以選擇題就把動詞圈起來，比較好分。

"was is past tense of first to third person singular.
"were" is 2nd person plural;1st--->3rd person plural of verb to be.
For linking verb there is/are+noun to exist; to be present;e.g.:-
"Is" there a Buddha? Once upon a time there" was" a princess. We tried iphone but there "was" no answer. There "was" an old bank down the road. There" was" a grass-lawn in the house.
For the +adv./prep:-to be located; to be in a place, eg"-
The City "is" four kilometres awayTW. If you are looking for your books, it "is" on the table. She "is" upstairs now. It" was "late at night when we finally arrived. We "were" late and she "was" dead.
For auxiliary verb:-is used with a past participle to form the passive, eg:-
They" were" killed in the 2nd world war. Where "were" their tombs? You "will be" told. The holes "were" still being built by solidersTW..

Try read "do" for "does", "did".

verb:-Action of "do" is do something that used to refer to actions that you do not mention by name or do not know about:-eg:-
What "are" you doing? "Are" you doing anything tomorrow? Our company "ought to do" something about the poor service from you. What have you "done"? There is nothing to "do" in this company now. We will "do" what we can to help. How can I help ? What can we "do" for you ? You would "do" well to consider all the options before leaving. You would "do" well be adviced. They are free to" do" to you as they pleased. " Do" as you are told !

一句話內一定是 一個主詞加上動詞

假設用中文說

我是一位老師
是並非指動詞而是作為彌補動詞闕漏而使一句話完整的要素
(換作英文，那我們勢必要用一的be verb來輔助成動詞，才符合文法)
所以英文是　I am a teacher. (裡面的AM= was/were /are/is用來頂替缺乏動詞的句子)
那Was =是過去式的is和am / Were 是過去式的are。

此外does 和did，是助動詞。
記得一句話　不管是中文或著英文，一句話內一定只有一個主要動詞。
I did my homework. (主要動詞是did) 但是呢! 在問句時，is/am/are/was/were是be verb用來填補動詞的缺漏

先前我們強調在 一句話只有一個動詞
那麼 Does he finish his work? Does 要做為助動詞，搬移至前面所做為問句！

Do for 第一人稱 "I" 和第二人稱 "you"， 第三人稱才會用到Does

而Did 則是"所有人稱都可以用" 但是是用在"過去式"時!!!
比如, Did Jack go to school yesterday?
