Ideas for a classy party?

So I'm throwing a small get together, very classy/elegant party with dinner and dancing. I am also opening up my billiards table for this event. What are some other ideas that could be used for party like this? My guests prefer not to drink so any ideas without alcohol would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of tables of cards and a dart board would be in line with your theme. I personally like parties where conversations with the other guests are featured.
